Traveling by Air

From NYC: Flights from New York City (LaGuardia, JFK, Newark) are often the most economical choices. From Newark, you can take Amtrak to New Haven. From LaGuardia, you can simply take the M60 to Harlem 125th St., where you can catch the Metro North into New Haven. There are several shuttle companies that offer service between New Haven and the NYC airports, including GO Airport Shuttle and CT Limo.

From Hartford/BDL: BDL Airport is a short 50 minute drive from Yale's campus. CT Limo and CTTransit New Haven/Hartford Express offer connecting services between New Haven and BDL.

From New Haven Tweed: Flights directly into New Haven only arrive from Philadelphia four times a day. For around $20, you can take a Metro-Taxi or Yellow Cab to campus.

Traveling by Ground

New Haven is easily accessible by rail or bus. Peter Pan, Metro North and Amtrak all offer options for accessing New Haven's Union Station. From the station, it is an $18 cab ride to Yale's Central Campus.
